How to Get a Verified PayPal Account in Pakistan

Make an account using a valid AMERICAN address, but not your own. Such as:

Floral Park
NY , 11001

After you have done opening an account and then making an online access account. Make a new PayPal account with the same info as before (NO DIFFERENCE OR YOU WILL BE REJECTED!)
When done signing up, Open netspend and click on “PayPal Tranfers” under the tab “Add/Manage Money”.


Step 2: Write down all the info they give you on the next page.

Step 3: Open PayPal and click on “Add Bank Account”, which is on the right pane.

Step 4: Type the exact info they gave you at NetSpend and click continue.

Step 5: Choose the option “Activate in 2-3 days” not the instant activation.

Step 6: Wait 4 business days, maximum!

Step 7: By now Paypal would have transferred 2 small amounts of money in your NetSpend account. Write those down. 

Step 8: Click “Confirm Bank Account” on PayPal and type the amounts you previously have written on paper.

Step 9: Voila! Enjoy Free Verified PayPal.
